Puhi Sewer & Water Company provides wastewater treatment services to certain areas of Puhi and Lihue.

New customers must complete the Puhi Sewer & Water Company Application and Connection Agreement concurrently when submitting for a Building Permit with the County of Kaua‘i or when applying for sewer service at an existing location in the service area.
