The Aqua Engineers Trustees consist of three board-appointed employee-owners entrusted with significant responsibility to perform their duties under the Aqua Engineers Employee Stock Ownership Plan and the Aqua Engineers Employee Stock Ownership Agreement.  Working with an independent appraiser, the Trustees are responsible for oversight of the valuation of the company’s stock and setting the stock share price.  In addition, the Trustees elect the Aqua Engineers Board of Directors annually.
