Hawai‘i—Nathan Rutledge has been hired as Project Manager by Briant Construction, a mechanical, design/build contractor, and project and construction management firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaua‘i-based Aqua Engineers, Hawai‘i’s largest and most experienced water and wastewater management and operations company.
As Project Manager, Rutledge initially will be responsible for overseeing construction of the Lyman Road project at Schofield Barracks, which is expected to break ground in August. |

Rutledge has more than ten years of construction management and supervisory experience, including customer service, operations, and project and personnel management.
Prior to joining Briant Construction, he was an Estimator/Manager with Clem’s Plumbing, Inc. in Kailua Kona, Hawai‘i.
Over the past ten years, he has held positions as General Manager for Legacy Partners in Irvine, California, Resident Services Manager at Archstone Smith in Marina Del Rey, CA, and as Operations Manager for Sares Regis Group in Irvine, California.

Rutledge has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Hawai‘i, Manoa.
