Hawai‘i - Kauai — Ken Davis has been hired as Kaua‘i-based Aqua Engineers new Chief Financial Officer in charge of overall accounting, budgeting, financial planning and other financial operations of the company in support of the company’s strategic goals and ESOP initiatives.  
In his previous employment, he served as the CFO/COO/Secretary and Treasurer at an employee benefits consulting company in the Midwest, which he joined in 1995.  He brings to Aqua 15 years of experience as an ESOP administrator and trustee.

His prior experience includes 14 years of managing banking and cash management relationships at Mellon Bank, which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, and Sanwa Bank of Japan in Atlanta.  Ken is a West Point graduate and served 7 years working with the US Army Corps of Engineers.  “Ken’s experience in an ESOP organization and engineering and finance at US military bases is uniquely suited to Aqua Engineers, which works in partnership with the US Army Garrison-Hawaii (USAG-HI) in providing sustainable wastewater management solutions,” said Eassie Miller, President and CEO of Aqua Engineers.  “His background and expertise round out and strengthen our current accounting department.”    Davis holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy.  He is active with the Senior Professional Human Resources-Society for Human Resources Management and the Chartered Financial Analyst-CFA Society.
